  • Our policy:
    1. Only to accept service for the product that we are confident that we know well
    2. IF we have no experience for the expected product, tell the client upfront
    3. Not to hire freelance inspector
    4. We do not know the freelance inspector integrity and we cannot hold them accountable for their action
    5. Assist client to save travel expenses, always assign the inspector that is the closest to the supplier location
    6. If the region is beyond our travel region, tell the client the estimated cost and claim as expensed
    7. If the expense is beyond the approved cost by client, OQCS will cover the difference
    8. Confirm all requirement with client prior to inspection, provide the client with an inspection standard or inspection protocols and let the client approve
    9. Each inspection is independent, Inspector cannot compare the product with previous shipmentproduct, only comparable sample is the golden sample or written inspection standard/protocols
    10. Provide an early notice when there is gross defect
    11. Communicate with client through email, instant message or evenphone call immediatelywhen there is an alarming finding
    12. Not to accept gift or money(lunch and pick-up to factory is allowable) – Staff that accepted gift or money willbe terminated immediately
    13. Not to authorize any shipment
    14. Discuss the finding with factory/suppliers but remind the factory that the client will need to authorize for acceptance, rework or rejection
    15. Provide service report on the same day or no later than 24 hours after the service completion time
